From all I've heard you should not pot rat tail oncidiums. They are VERY intolerant of "wet feet". As long as the leaves are plump and hard, they have adequate moisture. You have two spikes, you are growing it correctly! 👍

I love how organised your garden is. A lot of us grow orchids at home ( iam from the UK so our weather wont allow growing tropical plants outside all year long) and even then our collections look like a jungly mess! Looking at your garden gives me kick up the butt to tidy my collection
